Terms and Conditions


The team will always respect you and they ask the same in return that you respect our policies, terms of business, and our staff members.



LL Valeting is a fully mobile service that will come to your workplace or doorstep. We ask that you provide us with a safe place to plug our extension lead into so we can gain power. Due to our insurance policy, as well as staff and vehicle safety LL Valeting will NOT set about starting any work on any vehicle that is on the main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks or anything similar. 


If your home address or the location you are looking for the team to work at has any of the above issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us first. We are more than willing to try and come up with a solution to the problem.


To secure a booking with us a deposit will need to be paid or the place could be lost. Deposits are via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts differ due to location, package, and/or work needed.


If you plan on changing your booking this needs to be done within 48 hours of booking, LL Valets are more than happy to alter your booking for you, providing the address or location meets all other terms and conditions.


LL Valeting, unfortunately, can’t control acts of traffic, acts of God, or acts of others. If LL Valeting has to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If not, we will fully refund your deposit.


If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mold, vomit, or blood, additional charges WILL apply. Please inform us if the car does have any of the above in it and we will happily be able to provide an estimated price. Failure to do so will result in the team negotiating the new price on the day.


With every booking you make through us we will as you to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable. The team will send an invoice to the address and an email copy will also be sent to the information you provided on the booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed wage, we will not fall victim to a loss in time or payment under any circumstances.
